Winter prices in the family hotel

• Cancellation fee:

In case of early departure or late arrival, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2 pm or by arrangement. We kindly ask you to check out by 11.00 am.

Cancellation is free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival. For cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 90% of the room price.

The more uncertain the time, the more certainty we would like to give you. You can be sure - the best cancellation conditions apply to you - automatically - without having to contact our reservation department.

We recommend taking cancellation insurance by us (we will send you the form) or by your insurance.

• Payment terms:

Your reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 20% of the total amount. Please provide us with your credit card number, expiration date and CVC number. We accept Debit and EC cards, Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively, you can make your deposit by bank transfer. The rooms are available from 2 pm on the arrival day (or by arrangement). Check out time is 11.00 am. In case of late departure or arrival, the full room rate will be charged.

Our pricing is not based on fixed dates but on capacity and time of booking. The earlier you book, the cheaper the room rates will be.

The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
We recommend that you take out Travel Insurance.
