Ms. Hinteregger, you run what, according to Holiday Check, is the most popular hotel on Katschberg. How do you manage to encourage your employees to achieve top performance again and again?

We are not only a family hotel for our guests, we also have a family-like relationship with our employees that is based on mutual respect and trust. We have 70-80% permanent employees, some of whom have been with us since we took over Hotel Hinteregger in 2014. Our motto is "We like our guests", but we also say "We like our employees"!

What makes Katschberg so attractive as a place to work?

The workplace is situated in the middle of the mountains and near the woods. Skiing, hiking, riding, biking, bouldering - our employees benefit from the extensive range of sports possibilities on Katschberg. And: the wellness area with pools and saunas can also be used free of charge.
