Cancellation fee:
In case of early departure or late arrival, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2 pm or by arrangement. We kindly ask you to check out by 11.00 am.
Cancellation is free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival. For cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 90% of the room price.
We recommend taking cancellation insurance by us (we will send you the form) or by your insurance.
Payment terms:
Your reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Please provide us with your credit card number, expiration date and CVC number. We accept Debit and EC cards, Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively, you can make your deposit by bank transfer. The rooms are available from 2 pm on the arrival day (or by arrangement). Check out time is 11.00 am. In case of late departure or arrival, the full room rate will be charged.
