Rates for the winter

Cancellation policy:

• All bookings are made as per Austrian hotel contractual terms
• When arriving after 6.00 p.m., please let us know in advance by telephone
• If you arrive a day later or leave earlier, we are nevertheless obliged to take payment for the missed day(s)
• Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before your arrival! If you cancel within 4 weeks of your planned arrival, we will charge 70% of the room price
• When booking an overnight stay with breakfast only, we will deduct EUR 7 per person per night.
• Check in time: 3.00 p.m.

• Check out time: 10.00 a.m.

Children rates:

(rates are per child, only valid if the children stay with the parents in one room and this rates also require two full paying parents)

• 0 – 2,9 years: free of charge
• 3 – 5,9 years: - 60 %
• 6 – 15,9 years: - 35 % ( except in the quadruple room: - 60%)
• 16 - 18,9 years: - 15%
  

Especially for kids we serve a main dish in our kidscorner from 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m.

Kids all-inclusive light: all day soft drinks (juices) from the drinks fountain (self-service) in the kids area

Child care service 6 days a week (Sunday till Friday) from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Booking Conditions

• To guarantee a booking we require a 20% deposit of the total package booked. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Please be advised that we only take Visa or Mastercards.

Travel insurance:

We recommend to book your room in combination with a cancellation  insurance arrangement . The insurance premium is 10% of the holiday price: for further information please do not hesitate to contact reception.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome: please keep in mind that your dog is not allowed in the restaurant and in the spa area. We charge € 8,50 per night per dog (without dog food).
