the history of the hotel dates back many years and therefore we can proudly present you one of the oldest hotels on the Katschberg. More precisely the hotel which is situated 1.600 meters above the sea, was the first where guests from Austria and abroad enjoyed the beautiful location and the clear fresh air.

Nowadays we welcome guests who seek for balance. This means: Time away from work, from the obligations you face everyday. With us you will find exactly what you are looking for, no matter if you prefer to enjoy the beautiful landscape while walking through the nature, if your passion is good food or if you look for relaxation in our new renovated relax- and wellness area.

Hello to our small guests,

The highlights of the season 10/11:

• new 8 seat cable car “Gipfelbahn Aineck”
• holidays without car, direct access to the slopes
• half board including traditional Katschberg snack at lunch time
• option to enjoy a special evening with fondue or dinner prepared on a stone in our ski hut “Kärtner Ainkehr”

HINTEREGGER ADDITIONAL SERVICE

• Call back service:
  Please do not hesitate to send us an email to urlaub@hotel-hintergger.at and we call you back without any extra costs.
• Lift ticket:
  We are able to prepare tickets from 1 1/2 days onwards directly in house and you will also receive a 10% discount on tickets from 3 days onwards. Please be advised that special cards like Mini ticket or family cards must be collected directly at the lift ticket station.
• Dog walk service:
  You would love to go skiing and don't want to worry about your beloved friend, than please let us know and we will walk you dog in the meantime.
• Ski school:
  Children get picked up at 10.00 am from the hotel by their ski instructor and if pre booked they will also bring them back for our complimentary children lunch (offered from Sunday till Friday). Please pre book the lunch with the ladies in our child care centre, as they will also pick up your children from ski bus which stops in front of the hotel. 
• Ski rental service:
  Approximately 200 meters away from the hotel. Please find further information regarding prices and contact details on our homepage.
• Pick up service:
  Airport or Station pick ups can be booked directly on the homepage.
• Swimming lessons for children:
  3 units (each 50 minutes) cost € 90,00. May we kindly ask you to book the lessons directly at reservation stage, as we have to organise the instructors. Please be advised that our instructors try to teach the swimming through games and that the achievements depend on age and previous knowledge  [mehr ...]
