Our hotel is in a quite convenient location. Use motorway exit A 10 Rennweg or St. Michael (approx. 10 minutes by car). Several hiking tours can be started right from the hotel. A chair lift takes you to Aineck where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains. A tour to nearby Pölla Valley is most suitable for the little ones. From the mountain to the lake – Millstätter See, one of the most popular Carinthian lakes is just 40 kilometres away. If you feel like going on a shopping spree, we recommend a trip to Spittal an der Drau.

Riding

The alpine horse centre is just a five minutes’ walk from the hotel. You will quickly gain confidence in the calm and even nature of Norica horses. These horses are very fit and sure-footed. It won’t take long to experience your first guided horse riding tour. The riding center provides a wide selection of ponyriding, trekking, horse sledges and riding lessons for different abilities.
