In Summer our guests are offered to join our various
sports, activity, animation and entertainment program for familys
and children:
- Active awakening – The mountain is
calling – with your host family Hinteregger Breathing
deeply in the fresh mountain air feels good. Welcome the day
with yoga summer greetings.
- Yoga walking or Nordic walking
Eliminate stress – your mind is going to get a live-cell
therapy.
- Aqua gymnastics
Stretch exercises to mobilize your joints and spine.
- Callanetics
We offer a programme for legs, bottom and hips which is based
on little, fine, tender and precise movements.
- The Five Tibetans
The Five Tibetans are energy exercises which were
developed by Tibetan monks centuries ago. They help to loosen
up energy blockades to increase wellbeing and vitality.
