To start in the day, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet including different teas, coffee specialities, cereals, fruits, freshly prepared egg dishes, regional cheeses and breads and also freshly cut prosciutto and home made blinis.

At lunchtime we serve each day a different soup and for the “Sweet” ones cake or strudel (in summer).

The highlight of the day beside the breakfast is definitely the dinner. In our open kitchen you can watch the chefs how they prepare delicious specialities like Asian delicacies, wok dishes, Austrian classic dishes, Carinthian and Italian specialities.

Our large buffet area offers also salads, additional dishes, soups, sauces and side dishes, which are getting changed daily. Not to forget to mention our desserts which taste excellent as you can imagine due to the fact that Austria is well known for its sweets.

The “Hintereggers Ainkehr” is the best place to spent a traditional evening outside the hotel. The mountain hut is well known for its cheese- and wine cellar, extensive beer and schnapps offer and traditional Carinthian specialities. “Hintereggers Ainkehr” offers Aprés Ski during the day and can be seen as a homely restaurant which serves a high quality of food in the evening. Another asset is the huge sun terrace and that “Hintereggers Ainkehr” is just 3 minutes by feet from the hotel. (Just open in the winter)
